Registering Online

Credit Card Payments

If you are registering from a network with a strong firewall, for example a county agency's network, you may have trouble entering credit card information onto a third party payment site. Please speak with your IT representative, or simply indicate that you will pay by check.

CME Credit
 
HOAC is accredited by the Institute for Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide CME for physicians.  HOAC takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity.
 
HOAC designates this educational activity for a maximum of 10.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(s) TM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.  This credit may also be applied to the CMA Certification in Continuing Medical Education.
 
Students
 
If you are a current Cal EIS Fellow or Preventive Medicine Residency Program Resident, we have your records. If you are requesting a student rate but are not in one of these programs, please send confirmation of your status as a student to CCLHO. E-mail cclho@cdph.ca.gov.
